Brand deals stop the day you do
One post, one payment, back to zero. It's real money, but it's rented, and someone else sets the rate.
For creators with 10k–100k followers on YouTube, TikTok & Instagram
You built the audience. I help you turn what they already ask for into something they can buy. I research the questions, build the product and set up the sales system. You decide what carries your name, you launch it to your audience, and we split the sales 50/50.
You pay nothing to research or build it. I only get paid from sales, and I won't build something the research says your audience doesn't want.
Many creators reach the same wall. The audience is real, but the income still depends on brands, platforms and affiliate commissions, and all three of those are set by somebody else.
One post, one payment, back to zero. It's real money, but it's rented, and someone else sets the rate.
You're paid per view, on terms you can't see or negotiate. That number reflects the platform's economics, not the value of the attention you earned.
You send the traffic. They keep the customer relationship, the email list, and most of the upside from every future purchase.
Your comments, replies and the same three questions you get every week. I use AI to organise large amounts of that feedback and find the problems that repeat. What comes back is a shortlist of things your audience has actually asked for, in their own words rather than my guesses.
I've never met your audience. You've spent years with them. The research comes to you as a shortlist and you make the final call: the angle, the tone, what goes in it, what wouldn't fit your audience. Nothing gets built around your name that you haven't approved.
I shape the material around your expertise and your voice, then edit it, structure it, price it and set up the sales page and checkout. You review everything before it's public. A first product usually takes about one working week once I have what I need from you, though it depends on the project.
You launch through your own content, to your own audience. I never speak to them. Afterwards we go through the numbers together and work out whether the result was about the product, the price, the positioning or the launch, and decide whether it's worth improving, expanding, or building the next one.
A focused, practical product built around one specific problem your audience already wants solved. It's usually the fastest format to launch and the simplest way to test real demand, without asking you to record hours of video.
A structured video product with modules, lessons and interactive content that teach a skill properly rather than in scattered clips. Bigger build and a higher price point, and the natural next move once a first product has shown there's demand.
I can also build the website or sales page for the product. Website projects are quoted separately, because they sit outside the revenue share and are the one thing here that costs money up front.
You didn't become a creator to run a store. So you don't. But you do stay in charge of what your name goes on. Here's the honest division of labour.
You
Me
50/50
You bring the audience, the trust, the expertise and the distribution. I bring the research, the product build, the positioning, the sales assets and the launch setup, and I carry the cost of building before either of us knows whether it sells. Neither of us gets paid until the product makes money. That's why the split is equal.
All of it goes into a short written agreement before any work starts. You should know exactly what you're agreeing to before you say yes, not after.
Hi, I'm David. I'm a musician based in Stockholm, and I've spent years releasing music as Highgroove: writing it, producing it, and learning the hard way that having an audience and earning a living from one are two completely separate problems.
I have an MSc in Industrial Economics, and before university I spent seasons working abroad, guiding in the Italian Alps and teaching skiing in Canada. The degree trained me to take something messy and find the system underneath it, which turns out to be most of this job. An audience of forty thousand people tells you what it wants constantly. It's just buried under ten thousand comments.
The rest I learned as an artist. Releasing music independently taught me how this actually goes. You can put out work for years, build something real, and still watch the payouts barely register while everyone else in the chain gets paid before the person who made the thing. I'm not a marketer who spotted a niche. I'm someone who needed this to exist.
So I build the products I wish someone had built for me. You keep doing the part only you can do. I handle the part that turns it into income. You work directly with me throughout the build. There's no handoff to an account manager.
And I'll be straight with you, because you'll work it out anyway: this is new, and you'd be one of the first creators I do it with. That's exactly why it's 50/50 with nothing for you to pay. You would get my full attention, because I'm deliberately keeping this small while I build the first partnerships properly.
No. You keep creating the content your audience already follows you for. You'll want to mention and launch the product, but I'm not asking you to become a full-time salesperson, and changing your content to sell something is the fastest way to lose the people who make it work.
I research the questions and problems your audience repeats, then bring you a shortlist of product opportunities. You make the final decision. Nothing is built around your name without your approval. You know your audience better than any tool or outsider ever will: what they'd pay for, what tone fits you, what would make them roll their eyes.
No. Your audience stays yours. I don't DM them, email them or run your accounts. The research uses public content such as comments and replies, plus any audience information you choose to share with me. I build the product, you're the one who sells it to them.
No. AI helps with the research, the structure and the first draft. I then shape the product around your expertise, edit the material, and send it to you for approval. Your name only goes on something you're happy to stand behind. Your audience trusted you for years, and I'm not spending that on something thin.
There's no upfront fee for the research or the product build. We split the agreed sales revenue 50/50. Website work is separate and quoted before anything starts. The full terms, including exactly what the split applies to, are set out in writing before we begin.
You don't owe me a fee for the build. We review what happened, work out whether the issue was the product, the positioning, the price or the launch, and decide together whether to improve it or stop. I take the risk of building before there are any sales, and that's deliberate: it's what stops me talking you into a product I don't believe in.
A simple first product can often be built in around one working week once I have the information I need from you. More involved products take longer, and an ebook moves faster than a course. You'll get a realistic timeline before anything starts.
The product is built for your audience and sold under your brand. The exact ownership, usage rights and revenue share are agreed in writing before any work begins, so you know precisely what you're getting before you commit to anything.
